  2. Service Description. The Service provides automated email summary functionality. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, without notice or liability.

  3. User Obligations. You shall use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. You shall not circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.

  4. Limitation of Liability. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as-available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmailSummary.ai disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages.

  5. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EmailSummary.ai, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your violation of these Terms or use of the Service.

  6. Amendments. We may amend these Terms at any time by posting revised Terms on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of such amendments.

  7. Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EmailSummary.ai operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

  6. Consent & Retention. By using the Service, you consent to data collection and retention as described. We retain data as necessary for the purposes outlined or as required by law.

  7. Children's Privacy. The Service is not directed to individuals under 13. We do not knowingly process data of children under 13.

  8. Google Workspace API Data & AI/ML Model Use. We do not use any data obtained from Google Workspace APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) models. The AI models we utilize to generate responses operate solely on a per-request basis and do not retain or use your data for model training or improvement. Your data is never used to train, retrain, or improve any generalized AI or ML models, either by our service or by the AI providers we use.

    Disclaimer: While we take reasonable steps to ensure your data is handled as described, we rely on third-party providers (such as external AI model vendors) to process certain requests. We cannot guarantee, and are not liable for, the actions of such third-party providers regarding the use of your data for model training, development, or improvement.
